Nick S Benson brings a multidisciplinary background spanning financial-crimes investigations, federal law enforcement, immigration adjudication, corrections, tax-case advocacy, military service, and organizational leadership. Across these roles, he has analyzed complex records, applied laws and policies, developed clear case timelines, documented evidence, resolved high-stakes issues, and worked with government agencies and other stakeholders in highly regulated environments.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and is pursuing a Doctor of Criminal Justice. He founded Apex Legal Support Group to translate that experience into careful, responsive, attorney-directed support grounded in discretion, sound judgment, precise documentation, and respect for professional responsibility.
